CampusPress Governance

Governance Guidelines

Sites at Northeastern, hosted by CampusPress, requires a Northeastern account for authentication when creating a website. Local login accounts without a @northeastern.edu email address will not be allowed access.

Annually, ITS will review and confirm that CampusPress site owners are still active. To ensure that websites can continue to be hosted on CampusPress, the current site owner’s Northeastern account must be active.

If there is a change in ownership at any point on your site, or if you are leaving Northeastern University, we require that you submit a change of ownership form so we can designate a new site owner. The new site owner will then need to confirm this request via email.

Sites at Northeastern is intended for active students, faculty, and staff. If you are a student who is graduating soon, please note that once your account transitions to an Alumni status, you will lose access to your site which will be retired. If you do not plan to continue to have your site published, please submit a form for site removal.
